...And a Silver Sixpence in Her Shoe

Pernah denger phrase ini gak??

Something old, something new
Something borrowed, something blue
And a silver sixpence in her shoe

Gw ikutin loh ini pas wedding kami (^^). Bukan apa-apa sih, for fun aja!!

Something old
The old can represent something the bride is leaving behind as she embarks on her future with her new husband.
Walaupun gw ga bakalan "leave it behind", tapi kan ini old, hehehe... Gw ga pusing ah!

Something new

The new can represent something the bride will gain through marriage; or, this can be something inimitable to the bride and groom.

Something borrowed

The borrowed can be something close to the bride. It could be an item that is emblematic of something the bride admires about someone or something.
Gw pinjem anting-anting diamond punya nyokap gw, hahahaha^^ Ya dong, biar blink!! Super blink!! Diamond-nya bukan setitik kecil mungil... Kapan lagi gw bisa pake barang mahal kaya gitu??

Something blue
The blue can be symbolic to the bride or something fun. Try and choose something hidden or small that only you and the bride know about.
Ehm.... Ehm.... Celana dalam saya biru!! Hohohoho^^ Sengaja!! Waktu gw ganti baju, bridesmaid gw nanya, "Lo pake celana dalem jelek amat". Demiiiiii.....

A silver sixpence

Use instead any silver coin to symbolise the sixpence and cleverly stick it under your left shoe for a lucky dose of wealth and prosperity!
