A Bowl of Porridge for Dinner
Yesterday Russel was in MC. He's got a quite bad sore throat. So, me, as a very lovely and thoughtful girlfriend was rushing to the supermarket after office, and then went to Russel's house to cook him a very simple (but HEALTHY) dinner.1. Porridge - Well, Russel cooked, not me. Very easy, he was using the rice cooker.
2. Steamed minced pork - I mixed the minced pork with light soy sauce, pepper, egg and garlic. That's it.... and then we steamed it.
3. Steamed kailan - So, together with the pork, I steamed kailan. And after it's cooked, I mixed it with light soy sauce and a bit of sesame oil.
Healthy and *believe me* tasty =)

Once upon a time...
Hi there!!
Okay.. Im not gonna introduce my real name. And so is my boyfriend's name. Yeah... we are trying to live our life like two celebrities here, LOL*. By the way, just call us Russel (my boyfriend) and me, as Candela.
Today -March 7th 2010-, we've been together for more than 2 years. Actually, I wanted to start this blog on February 22nd 2010, on our 2 years relationship's anniversary. But.... I was so busy (I'm trying to be a celebrity here, remember??).
Well, here's a lil summary about our relationship:
I knew him from a friend, my ex-colleague in my previous company. His name is Khay. Honestly, I didn't like him as a colleague... LOL, funny isn't it?? I knew my future husband from the colleague I hate most. That time, me and Russel was a distance away. I was in Singapore and he was in Sydney - Australia. And fast forward.... he came to visit me in Singapore and we've been together since then. About 2 months after that, he had been moved to New York for 6 months. That was the hardest part amongst all!! 12 hours different between us, made everything became even worse.
After these obstacles.... finally he decided to moved to Singapore. And since (about) December 2008, he's staying in Singapore. Horray!!
